Mash ki Daal Recipe Ingredients

Oil : 1/4 cup. Clove: 3-4 Black pepper : 7 pieces Ginger : 1 inch piece Onion : 1 medium sized Garlic : 1 tsp Green Chilies: 2 chopped Tomatoes :1 chopped Red Chili Powder : 1 and half tsp Salt : 2 tsp Turmeric powder : half tsp Maash ki daal /White lentil gram : 250 grams (soaked and boiled) Water : as needed Green Corriander : half tbsp chopped Yougart : 2 tbsp Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp
