Matar Pulao Recipe Ingredients
Green Chilies/ Hari Mirch : 15 (grinded or paste)
Peas /Matar : 350-400 grams
Rice / Chawal : 600 grams
Oil : half cup
Salt : 3 tsp
Garam Masala : 1 tsp
Turmeric / Haldi powder : half tsp
Tomatoe : 1 (chopped)
Onion : 2 medium sized (chopped)
Ginger Paste/ Adrak : 1/2 – 1 inch
Water : Little less than doubled to Rice
Cumin/ Zeera : As you like ( powdered or seeds)

Location: Wazirabad, Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan
